Menu (to serve 100):
Cajun/Mississippi Country Style Dirty Rice
(cooked in a huge black iron pot)
ingredients for Dirty Rice: 20lb ground meat (Debbie, Robert)
onions, garlic, parsley
- Rice - 50 cups (We have the rice - need to cook it Ang/Bill An additional 20#rice donated by Ann March)
- Green Bean Casserole (-we have 1 can of dehydrated green beans, which serves 48)
- Green Salad with dressing (Robert)
- Corn Bread (Jimmy & Marion)
- Dessert - Pineapple Upside-down cake -(Mary Rollins)
- Zatarain's Homemade Root Beer -Sue
The following items are needed every time we go out, regardless of the menu:- Coffee
- Creamer
- Sugar for the drinks and coffee
- Paper Plates
- Plastic Cups
- Plastic cutlery
- Napkins
- ***check menu to see if we need bowls
